Program funds may not, under any circumstances, be used to finance activities likely to harm the environment or to cover items such as salaries, construction activities or investments in infrastructure, telecommunications or technological equipment, purchases and debts prior to the date of the grant as well as goods prohibited or subject to special restrictions. Capacity utilization is the production or service capacity.
Some sectors are subject to the National Agency of Environmental Protection (ANPE/Agence Nationale de Protection de L'Environnement) certification. Please attach a proof if your sector is not concerned by the environmental impact study.
